Professor Zhang has been endeavouring in adopting new technology in modern violin teaching. In the past years, he has published many books with multimedia disco. Now the Zhang Method has been published through zhangviolin.org website and benefit more teachers and students. This Violin Competition in Hong Kong is going to demonstrate how the modern teaching method benefits violin teachers and students. 

This competition will not have the age group. All participants will play in the order of date of birth. The competition will have Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award and Award of Certificate. 

All participants will choose a piece from the graded books. They will play with the piano accompaniment provided by the organiser. We would like everyone to understand the Zhang teaching method and improve the overall teaching level. 

Competition Venue: Level 5, 345 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan Hong Kong
